পৃথিবীর নিষ্পাপ সম্পর্কের নাম ‘বন্ধুত্ব’। বন্ধুত্ব হচ্ছে স্বার্থহীন সামাজিক সম্পর্ক। যে সম্পর্ক রক্তের সম্পর্কের চেয়েও বেশি।

বন্ধু মানে প্রতিশ্রুতি ছাড়া আজীবন পথচলার সঙ্গী। আজ বন্ধু দিবস। প্রতি বছর আগস্টের প্রথম রোববার এই দিবসটি পালিত হয়।
